Cheesecake is the ultimate dessert! I have enjoyed baking all my life but discovering cheesecake truly awoke a much deeper passion in me. Cheesecake Amor was originally a small bakery in a very small town called Howe, TX. We are now a full service restaurant and bar but it was that amazing concoction of cream cheese, sugar, eggs and assorted fruits, nuts, liqueurs, or chocolates that got us here!

	Made Fresh! Our cheesecakes are made fresh, one at a time. We have over 30 flavors to choose from and they come in two sizes. Flavors by the slice vary daily.
	Flavors I didn’t start out with 30 flavors. I worked on them one at a time to make sure that every flavor was the best that it could be. I have high expectations for every flavor!
